We believe in what we do and first thing is treating and giving the customer the best customer service, via phone conversation always answering your phone calls and working with your budget to make your dreams come true.
Whats a party with out music- a quite picnic and that shouldn't be your wedding. You dream for this day to come and guys you just want everything to go smooth so your bride is happy. Not having music is giving the room and your guest a feel for sleepiness. When you hire a Dj Company (Feedback Entertainment) youre getting a doctor in that field that wants to help make things better. From Up lighting, DJ intelligent lighting Master of Ceremony (MC) and DJs that's up to date with their music and knowing how to read the crown.
Wedding Process 
Selecting the best entertainment for your once in a lifetime celebration can be an overwhelming task so we thought it would be helpful to provide some insight to the stress-free Feedback Ent Wedding process.
We summarized it with a seven step process and listed it below for you to see.
Step one: Upon contacting us via phone (888)804-9566 or by the Contact page on this site, we will set up a face to face event consultation. The entertainment consultation can last anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours depending on the discussion points and conversation. The initial consultation is a great way to learn about our passion, our talent, our ability and how FBE will design our services around your vision or event requirements. You will quickly learn there is no standard, there is no average, and most imporantly- the FBE team embraces one key philosophy Entertainment Excellence. (For out of state or non local couples, we can do a FBE Event Live, iChat and Skype virtual consultations as well)
Note: We will not ask you to sign a contract on the spot, or require a deposit to hold the date. Each client will have up to 3 weeks to meet with other entertainment professionals in the area (we will also furnish a list of other talented vendors if needed).
Step two: Decision time. At the end of the three week holding period, a decision will be required. To secure the service offerings from FL wedding DJ experts, Feedback Entertainment, a signed contract and a $100 - $250 retainer/deposit is required. Contracts will be mailed or emailed to each and every couple along with access to our online planning system. That will lock you and your entertainer in for your celebration.
Step three: Planning phase. During the planning phase, couples are encouraged to take advantage of the online planning tools made available to all using FBE. We also invite and encourage all clients to follow our blog, facebook fanpage and twitter account, to stay in the know as to all the cool things we do for our wedding couples. This is a great way to stay up to speed to our entertainment offerings and latest trends. All clients will also receive the direct contact information for their entertainment host and are welcomed to reach out to them or our office if they need to discuss any particulars regarding their celebration or service.
Step four: Touching base. For all couples that reserve a year or more out, we will contact you at about the 6 month mark to set up a creative session about your celebration.
Step five: Event review. Approximately 1 month before the celebration, it is time for the final event review. At the face to face final event review or by phone, the entertainment host and couple will go over all of the celebration details regarding the celebration. Celebration information, Music selections, Lighting Design and Multi-Media production items will all be addressed and finalized at this time.
Step six: Finalization. Expect a call or email the week of the celebration to ensure all details have not been changed.
Step seven: Game day. By this point of the process, you should feel relieved and excited. All of the planning has been completed and the FBE team will ensure each and every request or requirement is materialized at your celebration to perfection. Now it is time to enjoy the wedding celebration, and be a guest at your own event, knowing FBE has you covered for all entertainment items.

FAQ Q: Do you have replacement DJs in case you become unavailable on the wedding day?
A: We do have replacement Djs on Call, but most of our packages come with a two man set up.
Q: Do you specialize in any ethnic and/or international events?

A: Yes we do. Thats our number one rule is to meet with the bride or the couple. either at our office or reception pl
Q: If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the couple, do you require that they provide it?
A: We use state of the art technology, and all of the song that are request are prviewed a head of time. Also can get any sony at anytime using I tunes and a wireless internet connection.
Q: What is your usual attire?
A: Black Suit Tie vest, and black dress shoes, AKA Formal wear
Q: Do you bring your own equipment?
A: Yes we own all of our Equipment
Q: Do you offer special equipment into your service?

Q: What is your minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
A: 2-3 Hours
Q: Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs?
A: It all depends on the Event. and the Event Group
Q: Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your break(s)?
A; Music is never stopped, only when we are doing Formalities and if the bride and groom have some words. but music is played very low.
Q: Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?
A: We would Appreciate it but it all depends on your budget
Q: How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site and/or couple provide a table for you to setup on?
A; We like to get to our events 2-3 Hr a head of time so we can have every thing done and if you need us or had question or wanted to change things.
Q: What is your overtime rate?
A: $50 per half hour

Lighting Uplighting
LED Uplighting is one of the newest lighting enhancements. Imagine the walls of your reception facility splashed with a subtle accent color of your flowers, or bridesmaid dresses.
The ambient room effects can be held constant or can be computer controlled to align with other lighting effects or the events taking place during the reception. One example of this would be when a groom dances with mom, we can turn all the walls blue.
