Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Jonathan — known to most as DJ Macc — has been passionate about music since the age of 13. His career began in the late ’90s and early 2000s, spinning at some of the most exclusive clubs in New York City and along the Jersey Shore.

In 2012, Jonathan brought his northern flavor down south, launching his entertainment business in Jacksonville, Florida. He quickly made a name for himself by blending the latest trends from the Northeast with the vibrant energy of the South.

“The Lighting Guru,” Jonathan expanded his craft beyond the DJ booth into full-scale A/V production, transforming event spaces with ambient lighting, lounge-style designs, and nightclub-quality effects.

As an open-format DJ, DJ Macc seamlessly mixes across genres — from 90s and 2000s hip-hop and 80s throwbacks to EDM and Latin vibes — always keeping the crowd moving and the energy high.
